People are buildings. They are also portraits on the sides of buildings. Buildings are characters full of special air, that contains particles of past histories. The people who occupied these spaces are present in the dust of the grooves in the floors, and the walls, and the ceiling. Specks of dust flaked off their bodies and their clothes, and attached themselves – like a virus – to a single cell. Character-buildings have distinct names and personalities. Two short words are key to describing the existence of the phantom structure beings. Two little words that lean and tilt towards the pleading lone figure. The lone figure so reminiscent of Christina, Wyeth’s muse and friend. Pleading towards the yet undiscovered bi-word that acts as a stand-in building. Come on title… Where are you?
